Ghostbed is a scam

Ghostbed is a scam! My wife and I ordered the best quality that ghost bed had to offer, only to learn their service and product is subpar to other brands. After placing the order, we received the incorrect size pillows and bed protector that they never did replace. After assembling our new bed, we realized that after several nights of sleep that this was the worst bed we had ever slept on. Ghostbed makes you keep the mattress for 30 days before you can replace or receive a refund. During that time we slept on our couches in the living room just to get a decent night s sleep. Their money back guarantee is an absolute joke. After finding out their firm mattress is really not firm at all, we decided to return ours. This is where it really goes down hill. Customer service says they will put in ticket for manager to call back, still waiting for that call after 4 weeks. Customer service will hang up on you after you say you'll stay on the phone for a manager, then when you call back that agent will block your number. Buyer beware, Don't believe the amazing reviews on their site. You can find much better quality products for less money at Sam's Club and Mattress Firm. We would never recommend Ghost bed to anyone.

Terrible company - avoid.

The company is shady AF. Refused to cancel the order immediately after it was placed. Your only option is to refuse the order and pay 15% + shipping.

GhostBed is Dishonest and Gouges Customers

I contacted GhostBed to see if they would do a price match. The customer service representative informed me that she could not do a price match, however the Returns department had that ability. She then instructed me on how to submit a return request for a price match. The Returns department informed me that they do not do price matching, and they voided my sleep trial so that my mattress could not be returned. Now my wife has decided she does not like the mattress and we are stuck with it.
GhostBed gouges their customers with prices inflated way higher than resellers (e.g. Costco, Amazon), and those resellers do not void your return.
GhostBed is dishonest. Never buy a bed from them. If you want to try their beds then purchase it from a reseller.

MY BRAND-NEW MATTRESS IS A PIECE OF JUNK. VERY LOW ON THE ONE SIDE AND VERY HIGH IN THE MIDDLE. THEY PUT CUSTOMER, SENIORS THOUGH THE RINGER TO GET INTO. YOU HAVE TO PUT THIS HEAVY MATTRESS ON THE FLOOR, TAKE PICTURES FIND THREE TAGS AND SEND THEM TO FIND OUT WHEN AND WHERE MATTRESS WAS MADE. DUH! YOU WOULD THINK THEY HAVE THIS ON THE ORIGINAL ORDER IN THEIR RECORDS! THEY WANT TO DISCOURAGE ANY REPLACEMENT BY CUSTOMER BY DOING THIS. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND GHOST BED TO ANYONE!!! LET THE CUSTOMER BE WARNED OF THIS COMPANY!!!!

Do not buy anything from GhostBed

Do not buy anything from GhostBed, their customer service is simply the worst I have ever dealt with, they lie on their webpage, they do not have friendly customer service, quite the opposite, they do not ship quickly, they say between two to five days to deliver, it has been five days for me and they just got the package to FedEx, estimated delivery day is five days from now, that's ten days. They do not have hassle free returns, they expect you to pay return shipping. Just the worst experience I have ever had.

Good customer service

My item arrived damaged and despite other reviews for the product saying that GhostBed won't refund, replace, or help you with the Foundation bed frame, GhostBed offered me a full replacement or a credit back to my credit card. Customer service was great and the foundation looks good.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered headboard brackets for my bed, and they did not fit my bed so I contacted the support centre, and they shouldn’t be called the “Support centre” because they don’t provide support. After many many months of back and forth regarding my brackets, they told me I received the wrong ones and will be sending me new ones. And hey, guess what, they did not give me an instructions booklet for it and now I don’t know how to install it. So I contacted them regarding that, and still no reply. My mom is a cancer patient and this bed and the TRASH customer service is worse than her having a non-adjustable base bed.
I literally hope these guys go out of business since they have no idea how to deal with customers and are filled with incompetent employees who do not deserve to be earning money.

No customer service at all!
Chating with a representative is worthless they deny all what is offered even in writing. Had to order the headboard brackets, regardless that the invoice states the shipping will be done in 2 days, took 3 weeks to be shipped. The money was collected at the time of the transaction.
Regret giving my business to them

Embezzlement Scheme!
I made two purchases with Ghostbed, one week apart. First order never came. Had to go through my credit card company, over 2 months after the original order.
Second purchase they sent the wrong mattress. I made them aware before I even opened it. They insisted I open and it was wrong. Followed their instructions 100%, to return it. After they picked it up, they told me that the "discount" given will be deducted from my return (what world does this make sense?). They embezzled over $500+ of my money and I've had to report them to the district attorney and file a civil case to get my money returned.

Their "hassle-free" return process is a joke.

I had recently ordered a mattress cover that was supposed to be waterproof. Upon receiving the order, we opened the order to read the instructions. Waterproof means waterproof: the instructions indicated it was waterproof but only for 30 minutes. Also, the card indicated it was not for incontinence which could become a necessity.

The solution they gave me: Return the item at my expense plus they are going to charge me a $25.00 restocking fee. Hassle-free returns? I most certainly think not, and I am telling everyone I know to stay away from the Ghostbed company and buyer beware.

Terrible company ordered mattress and adjustable base in August What's Told if not satisfied 100% refund well i received the mattress was not satisfied with it was terrible so hard like sleeping on a board was toll to give it to a share profit that they sent Still have not received my refund Almost 2 months later they keep telling me their processing my refund how long does it take to process a refund when you have already donated the mattress have given proof that you donated it and still no refund do not trust this company not very good hate that I bought a mattress from them never will buy a mattress without trying again stay away from ghost bed. I have multiple emails from this company but still they cannot give my refund what's up with this .

This company does not listen

This company does not listen. I made an order and had to cancel less then 1h later. They refused to do it. I have to wait to receive the package then return it to get a refund minus 15% restocking fee + shipping (!!!). On top of that, they said because I initiated a return due an order error, their satisfaction policy is voided for my order. Good thing my credit card provider agreed with me that these terms are unacceptable. They said they will refund my transaction.
They claim top customer service. I've never had so much trouble buying something online before. Don't buy from this company!
